The Gatehouse
at the Reserve
| This 2,000 square foot gatehouse located in McLean,
Virginia was completed in May 2002 for Miller & Smith and designed
by the Architectural Design Group. This building serves as a concierge
service for the residents of this prestigious community. The interior
offers lavish mahogany trim accentuated by an illuminated domed ceiling
centered over an exquisite reception desk with a remarkable granite
top. The exterior elevation is equally outstanding beginning with
a veneer creatively combining stone, precast, and stucco siding capped
with a majestic slate roof heightened by magnificent copper finials.
