| This 6,000 square foot community center and 11,000 square foot fitness center located in Haymarket, Virginia was completed in December 2001 for KSI Corporation and designed by Niles Bolton Associates. The community center initially served as the focal point for new home sales and evolved into the homeowners’ association administrative office once the neighborhood prospered and developed. The fitness center includes an indoor swimming pool, weight room, aerobics area, and locker rooms. This project also included an outdoor pool and approximately 300 yards of feature entry walls and monuments accentuating the community entrance. |
